Our Integrity policy consists of five main principles:

Fairness and Objectivity. We cover the industry with objectivity and fairness.

Fact-Based Opinion. Opinions are based on facts collected from research, metrics and market input.

Explicit Methodologies. Research and conclusions are supported by methodologies that we willingly share with members.

Independence. We do not act as sales agents for vendors or represent either party in negotiations.

Confidentiality. We do not discuss the identities of our members without their permission.
